For publication in the specialized scholarly periodical "Marine Ecological Journal" № 2, 2026, the following materials must be sent to the editorial office's email address: infomej2020@gmail.com:

• scientific article, short report or note, necessarily drawn up in accordance with the specified requirements;
• declaration of responsibility;
• an application.

Academic integrity

All materials are internally anonymously reviewed and checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

Publication of materials is FREE.

The submission, peer review, editorial processing, and publication of articles are free of charge. The editorial board does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the editorial process.

The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on its relevance to the journal’s scope, the outcome of peer review, and the scientific quality of the research, and is not influenced by any financial considerations.

Prohibition of the use of scientific works of the occupying country

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list publications published after 2014 in the aggressor's state; written by a citizen of the aggressor's state / a legal entity registered in the aggressor's state.

The electronic version of the journal is timely placed in public access on the official website.
