Considerations results of main aspects of this problem have been presented. Detailed formulation of radiation protection of biosphere is proposed: 'Biosphere protected against harmful effects of ionising radiation will ensure radiation protection and complete viability of mankind' or briefly: 'If biosphere is protected, man is automatically protected'.
