EFFECT OF REVERSE RESTORATION OF METHYLENE BLUE COLOURING AND OPPORTUNITY OF ITS APPLICATION FOR ESTIMATION OF FUNCTIONAL ABILITY OF BACTERIAL COMMUNITY
Keywords:
methylene blue, dehydrogenase activity, bacteriobethos, Black SeaAbstract
The effect of increase of optical density of methylene blue at contact of samples with oxygen of air after anaerobic expositions, was used by us for researches dehydrogenase activity . The opportunity of its application for an estimation of functional activity of mycrobial populations is considered.
